Every time I open this app, it always crashes. Its soooo annoying!!!!!!!!

The app wont open every time that I try to open it! So now I cant even play it! Total waste of money! PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!

I was so excited to get this app when I saw it, but now regret even spending the 99 cents. The quality is crappy (dont be fooled by the pictures) and for some reason you cant make it past a certain amount of points before it forces you to die. Well played, Webkinz, well played. I recommend not buying it.

I know this game is really fun because I have played it on my computer before. But, I wouldnt know if it is still fun or not on the phone. I have seen people saying it crashes, but for me it wont even OPEN! Please fix this problem A.S.A.P. Ganz!

I wish I could I could give it zero stars the first time I opened it it crashed and didnt work dont waste your money on this terrible game

dont get me wrong, I love polar plunge just as much as you do! but the app, well, not so crazy about it. 1. when you rotate your screen, the game doesnt rotate with it :( 2. there are unnecessary black bars on each side of the game screen 3. this app crashes quite often 4. there are more loopholes and tricks on the computer that should be added to the app since webkinz only allows you play polar plunge if you have certain requirements, some people can only play on the app and I think it would be better for every lover of polar plunge to enjoy the app with those small improvements, thank you! :)

Its SOOO glitchy!! Every time I finish a game it crashes! And in the middle of the game it starts glitching!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

ok so the game is fine and dandy, but it wont connect with my account to give me kinzcash just saying

It wont let me log into my account and every game i play doesnt deposit any kinzcash. I tried deleting and getting it again but the same thing happened

This is a really fun game, especially since you can earn kinscash even when not near your PC. The only problem Im having is I cant log in to my Webkinz acount. But thats just me. Other then that its a great, entertaining game

Ive been playing this app for a long time and Ive earned a lot of kinzcash. Whenever I log in to sync it it just says loading and I wait but it still doesnt work. It also happens on Go Go Googles and Smoothie Moves. Please fix this!

This app is really fun and stuff but it wont let my kids login to their Webkinz account to add their coins. I feel like if I payed for this app it should do what it says it will do. It makes me really aggravated at the developers.

This is definitely a fun game. The only issue that prevents me from giving five stars is the little bug that prevents me from syncing kinzcash to any account. Its happened with all of the webkinz arcade games Ive owned; maybe it will be fixed soon.

The game itself is great fun, but my daughter is extremely upset as well as myself. Cannot log in to send Kinzcash! Cannot contact customer service for help. All these games have the same problem. Please fix or give me a refund on all

Wont let me log in to get money and freezes up. Tried deleting it and downloading it again but all it did was lose all the money that I had

Just get a free webkinz account or log in to your webkinz and dont waste the 99 cents. Webkinz has this game on their website... Why play the app when you could just click a few buttons and play for free online? I will never know.
